| Excelsior Eagles & Lady Eagles 2016 Track & Field Teams |
Dear All,
It's 3 days to go (literally 66 hours) and the student-athletes have been settling comfortably into the Champs Village. At their training session this morning the spirits were quite high as most are eagerly anticipating the start of competition, Tuesday afternoon.
After training, some were having their ice bath, others having breakfast, some relaxing while watching TV and others enjoying a game of Table Tennis. Earlier this afternoon Simone Forbes, Excelsorian and 5-Sport Jamaica representative, addressed the teams. Tomorrow morning it is off to church at Galilee Gospel Hall, where they will join teams from other schools for Galilee's annual Champs Service.
